Location: Orchard Road
I was walking on Orchard Road the other day and suddenly we saw a big baby on the wheels."The Baby" was singing while driving ,and when he stopped, he start spraying and splashing water from his cart to people who stopped and looking at him...
When a lady came to him and asked "What is this?", he answered . "I'm a baby ."....
He also told people around him to come at 6pm to Orchard Road, if they wanna know why he was dressing like a baby.
